APM Technica AGAPM LED UV cabinet III
The APM LED UV cabinet is equipped with LED light sources with a wavelength of 365 nm / 405 nm. The cabinet is used for low-stress curing of UV adhesives and optical UV fine putties. The temperature of the components exposed to UV light rises only slightly, which reduces the distortion of the optical parts. The LED UV cabinet is made of stainless steel and is fully equipped with special UV reflectors on the inside. This results in homogenised irradiation with diffuse UV light. The curing parameters (duration, irradiation intensity) are controlled via a touchscreen. The cabinet is supplied with two UV-permeable trays so that the curing volume can be optimised.
Equipment variants
In the standard version, LEDs with a wavelength of 365 nm / 405 nm are used, whereby the radiant power is approx. 10 mW/cm2 (centre of the cabinet). Optionally, other wavelengths can be generated or higher performance classes can be achieved with multiple modules. In addition, rotary discs and nitrogen purging with oxygen monitoring can be offered.
