APM Technica AGAPM LED UV cabinet III

Equipped with LED light sources at wavelengths of 365 nm and 405 nm, this product is designed for low-stress curing of UV adhesives and optical-grade UV fine putties. The temperature of components exposed to UV light rises only slightly, minimizing distortion of optical parts. The cabinet is made of stainless steel and includes two UV-permeable trays for optimal curing volume. It is also equipped with special internal UV reflectors that ensure homogenized irradiation with diffuse UV light. Curing parameters such as duration and irradiation intensity are controlled via a touchscreen.

Equipment variants

In the standard version of this cabinet, LEDs with wavelengths of 365 nm and 405 nm are used, providing a radiant power of approximately 10 mW/cm² at the center of the cabinet. Other optional wavelengths can be generated, and higher performance classes can be achieved by using multiple modules. Additionally, rotary discs and nitrogen purging with oxygen monitoring are available.

APM Technica AGAPM UV9 UV LED handheld device

This portable handheld device is a first-of-its-kind light source that functions as both a UV and visible-light curing system, utilizing powerful light-emitting diodes (LEDs). It is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. The UV and visible energy output reaches up to 1800 mW/cm², and the device can emit 365 nm / 385 nm light, 405 nm / 420 nm light, or a combination thereof. The curing area is ½″ at a distance of ½″ from the bonding surface.

A microprocessor controls key functions such as the timer, audible signals, temperature monitoring, and battery management. An LCD display shows the selected exposure time (1–60 seconds) and battery charge level. The device can be manually stopped at any time by pressing the start button again after activation.
