Product group ATRON

ATRON ensures significantly improved surface wetting, enabling the cleaner to quickly and effectively remove residues from leaded and lead-free no-clean solder pastes. Additionally, ATRON’s FAST® technology guarantees excellent cleaning performance, especially in spray-in-air processes.

Thanks to its special formulation, FAST surfactant cleaners require fewer active cleaning agents compared to conventional surfactants.

Product group ZESTRON

ZESTRON’s solvent cleaners are novel systems formulated on the basis of modified alcohols.

Compared to simple alcohols such as IPA or acetone, ZESTRON products offer significantly better cleaning performance and noticeably higher bath-loading capacity, making them particularly economical. Furthermore, ZESTRON cleaners feature a considerably higher flash point, making them especially safe for use in cleaning machines.

This makes the ZESTRON product group ideal for removing flux from electronic assemblies, ceramic substrates, power modules, and lead frames. ZESTRON cleaners can also be used to remove solder paste and SMT adhesives from stencils and screens.

All ZESTRON cleaners are virtually free of halogenated compounds, making them more environmentally friendly than halogenated alcohols such as 141B and trichloroethylene.

ZESTRON solvents can be used in both fully water-free and semi-aqueous cleaning processes. They are formulated entirely without surfactants, making them easy to rinse.
