The Interflux^® Purgel is a neutral cleaner/conditioner for pumps and valves of dosing systems, which cleans and preserves the parts of these systems when they are not in use.

Interflux®IF 930 Deoxidizing gel

The Interflux® IF 930 deoxidizing gel removes oxides from wettable solder nozzles of selective soldering systems. Regular use of IF 930 results in a more stable flow of solder across the nozzle
of the solder over the nozzle and a higher repeatability of the soldering process. Unwanted bridging can thus be avoided.

Interflux®LMPA-Oil Deoxidizing agent

Interflux^® LMPA-Oil is a maintenance oil for the non-wettable parts of solder nozzles and for pump shafts when using the low-melting point solder alloy LMPA-Q in wave or selective soldering machines. LMPA-Oil prevents the solder from sticking to the surfaces and hindering the solder flow.

Interflux®IF 910 Deoxidizing agent

Interflux® IF 910 is a deoxidizing oil for SnPb(Ag) and lead-free solder baths below 270°C. The oil is applied to the dross of a solder bath and separates good solder from oxides. Most impurities do not re-melt resulting in a cleaner, more fluid solder with better heat transfer and less risk of bridging. Solder consumption and costs can be drastically reduced with the IF 910.

Interflux®Deoxidation tablets

The anti-oxidant solder tablets from Interflux® contain an antioxidant which has been developed for wave soldering baths, HAL baths and static soldering baths at a temperature of 235°C to 500°C. This minimizes the formation of oxides in lead-free and SnPb(Ag) soldering baths. This minimizes the formation of oxides in lead-free and SnPb(Ag) solder baths. It is used as an additive in the solder bath. The product is not recommended for use in closed nitrogen machines or in combination with Ni-doped solder alloys.

Interflux®Removable solder resist masks IF 710 PSM

The Interflux^® IF 710 PSM is a fast-curing, removable solder mask based on natural latex. For shielding areas on a printed circuit board from flux and solder wave contact. It is typically used in wave soldering processes where a part of the assembly is to be protected from wave contact, e.g. if a component is missing and is to be re-soldered later by hand or in the selective soldering machine.
