The dispensing needles influence the deposit shape and the performance of the dispenser. Regardless of whether a volumetric dispenser or a compressed air dispenser is used, any dispensing needles can be attached to the dispensing component. Fishman dispensing needles (silicone-free and chloride-free) are available in the following versions:

FreeFlow™ - conical dispensing needles

The conical shape ensures that highly viscous media do not clog and flow better. A moulded polyethylene UV light block layer is present on the conical dispensing needles. This ensures complete protection against premature curing by UV/light. Length 31.7 mm

Stainless steel dispensing needles (straight, 45 & 90 degree angle)

The PosiLok™ Fishman stainless steel dispensing needles are made of polished 304 stainless steel without burrs and have a polypropylene hub. In addition to the straight version, the stainless steel dispensing needles are available in 45 and 90 degree angles.

Polypropylene dispensing needles, straight, flexible

Soft, burr and burr-free polypropylene dispensing needles ensure precise dispensing control. Recommended for use with liquids or adhesives that react with metals or to avoid scratching delicate surfaces.

Teflon®-coated dispensing needles

Teflon® dispensing needles or dispensing needles with a PTFE insert ensure precise deposit control. These dispensing needles are recommended for use with liquids or adhesives that react with metals (e.g. cyanoacrylate/cyanoacrylate) and prevent scratching.
