Introduction to fluxes
The Interflux® IF 2005 alcohol-based fluxes are internationally renowned resin- and rosin-free, no-clean / no-residue™ flux standards. If the soldering process requires more activation, you can also choose between a solids content of between 2.5 and 3.3 %. The 2005 flux series is used for the following soldering processes:

Interflux® PacIFic 2009M is a water-based, no-clean, VOC-free flux, which is mainly used for wave soldering, but also for selective soldering and tinning. The PacIFic 2009M flux has long been used in virtually all electronic industries worldwide.
Interflux® SelectIF 2040 is a water-based, no-clean, VOC-free selective soldering flux with a large process window and low residue formation.
Interflux® SelectIF 2040
Interflux® IF 8001 is a solvent-based no-clean flux with low residue formation for selective fluxing applications. It is mainly used for hand soldering, rework and repairs.
Interflux® IF 8001
Interflux® IF 6000 is a colophony-containing no-clean flux with an extended process window for selective fluxing applications. This flux is also typically used for hand soldering, rework and repairs.
Interflux® IF 6000
Interflux® IF 8300 is a halogen-free, tacky flux gel that is suitable for reballing and BGA rework.
