SmartDispenser® volumetric dispensing system

The SmartDispenser® is equipped with AirFree® technology. Not only does it offer the benefits of AlgorithmicControl™, but in combination with Fishman®'s patented AirFree® technology, it offers a number of other important benefits that cannot be achieved with compressed air systems. Fishman's AirFree® technology provides automatic production data reports that can be reviewed by production managers.

Eliminates human error by reducing operator interaction with tools such as barcode scanning. In addition, this volumetric dispenser has an integrated database that allows the SmartDispenser® to make decisions such as verifying the correct programme, automatically loading a programme and locking the system in the event of incorrect operator decisions. The SmartDispenser® can be connected to all dispensing robots via the PLC interfaces.

As new versions of AirFree® technology are released, the SmartDispenser® can be securely updated with the latest innovations via a local USB memory stick. Fishman® Corporation also offers SmartApps™ that allow manufacturers to customise their SmartDispenser® to improve their specific process.

When applying precise amounts of liquids such as adhesives, sealants and lubricants, the dispensing robot from Fishman Corporation, in collaboration with Janome, ensures precise and high repeatability. With the JN C-Points software, users can easily programme data. It also has commands to perform specific tasks. Users can also create their own software. Up to 255 programmes (2.5 times more than the previous model) and 30,000 points (5 times more) can be stored as learning data. The robot has an in-built simple sequencer that works independently (no need to add additional hardware in the case of a simple PLC connection).
