SmartDispenser® volumetric dispensing system

It replaces unreliable "by-eye" dispensing with a dependable, numerically programmed solution called AlgorithmicControl™.

SmartDispenser® is also equipped with AirFree®, a cutting-edge technology that enables it to achieve what conventional systems cannot.
For example, SmartDispenser® can automatically generate production data reports for review by production managers. With features like barcode scanning, it minimizes human error by reducing operator interaction.

Moreover, SmartDispenser® includes an integrated database that enables it to make autonomous decisions — such as automatically loading a program, verifying the correct program, and locking the system in the event of an incorrect operator input.

Via its PLC interfaces, SmartDispenser® can also be connected to any dispensing robot.

As new versions of AirFree® technology are released, SmartDispenser® can be securely updated via a local USB memory stick.

With the JN C-Points software, users can easily program data, issue commands for specific tasks, and even develop their own custom software.

Up to 255 programs (2.5× more than the previous model) and 30,000 points (5× more) can be stored as learning data.

In addition, the robot features a built-in simple sequencer that operates independently, requiring no additional hardware other than a basic PLC connection.
