Solder wires

Interflux "no-clean" solder wires IF 14 are absolutely halogen free and classified to IPC-J-STD-004 and REL0. IF 14 is recommended when soldering in class 3 (J-STD-001B). The body of the IF 14 flux carrier can almost fully evaporate during soldering (rather than carbonising).

  • residues easily removable by hand (brush)
  • absolutely halide-free
  • absolutely colophony free (no airway or eye irritation)
  • long tip-life
  • very good wetting on various metallizations
  • alloys: SnAgCu, SnAg, SnCu, SnPb, SnPbAg
  • diameter: from 0.2 to 2 mm
  • melting point: depending on alloy between 217 and 227 °C resp. 179 and 183 °C
